For property Sale & Purchase dealings

15 days commission for any renewal of lease from the LESSOR and LESSEE or the approaching party. |
All legal procedures related to property transfer will be carried out by the buyer under his responsibility.
Upon any other circumstances, if the buyer request us to do the legal procedures on his behalf, then the buyer has to bear the expenses incurred to complete the legal procedures. .
